ABOUT LETTERS TO SELF

Why am I doing this?

When I started my Instagram Page "Letters to Self Blog" back in November 2022, I had nothing more but a vision of simply creating a safe space to share my thoughts and feelings with the world. My page was my public journal. 

Today, it is so much more. 

I began writing because I have always felt a deep calling to share my insights and knowledge and recognised the importance of mental health and wanted to create a platform where people could access valuable information, practical advice and support. 

Ultimately, my goal is to contribute positively to the lives of my readers by empowering them with knowledge and fostering a sense of community and understanding around various mental health topics.
My main focus revolves around trauma (PTSD, generational, developmental, attachment and cultural as well as acute and chronic trauma), healing and personality disorders.
